Q: How do I select my name from the list?
A: Click on the green box that says “Select.”
Q: What if I do not have a green “Select” box?
A: Click "edit" and fill any missing information.
Q: How do I register my entire family?
A: After registering yourself and you see the "checkout" page, select “Add Another Person” and repeat the same process for that person before actually checking out.
Q: What if I can’t remember my Password or User ID?
A: At the Login screen click “Account Help” or “Reset Password.”
Q: I think I am at the end of the registration process, but I am not sure what to do next. What do I do?
A: If it gives you a confirmation number at the end of the registration process, you are finished. All you need to do is close the window.
Q: How can I receive a confirmation or a receipt that I have registered for the event?
A: At the "Checkout" screen, you have the option to send a confirmation email. Select the checkbox and enter your email address as well as anyone else you would like to have a confirmation.
